Director of Surgical Services
We are searching for a motivated leader for the Director of Surgical Services position. This individual will join a reputable health organization in beautiful Hopewell, VA.
Job Summary:
The role of Director of Surgical Services leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director of Surgical Services has 24/7 responsibility for their departments.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required
• Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
• Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred

Pay Package Details Salary Direct (Full-time)?
Salary: $96K-$135K
